Q&A with REDD’s Senior Property Manager
How did you start your career in property?
Funnily enough, I fell into Property Management back in 2008 following a Degree in Drama, Applied Theatre and Education.
I worked for a Niche Client side Developer for my first job and the role took me on a whole new adventure. Thriving in fast paced, diverse environments, I found property management really harnessed my problem-solving skills and here we are, I haven’t looked back since.
What is an average day at REDD?
The main function of my role is to oversee the day to day management of our Super Prime Portfolio and network where possible – I get out when I can for inspections– as a trip into Central London at the moment feels like a staycation!
How does REDD go the extra mile for its private clients?
Having worked with different agents both cooperate and private, I find REDD refreshing in their approach to the market. Synonymous with fineness, our bespoke approach highly focusses on services being tailored to our Clients expectations and property needs.
Have you won any exciting clients recently?
REDD were recently appointed to manage a beautiful 20,000 sq ft family house– we were absolutely thrilled to have secured this instruction and really look forward to building a long term relationships with our client!
