2025 is set to be another busy and exciting year for us here at REDD. Following the highly anticipated launch of 6 Charles Street at the end of last year, we’ll be preparing to launch our landmark development One Palace Green, as well as the first villa in our development in Provence, this summer. And as work at our latest project 41 Upper Grosvenor Street gets underway, we’ll be sharing a number of new projects, both in London and further afield.
We’re looking forward to hosting more insightful roundtable discussions with our peers and collaborators, and to making the most of a rich calendar of industry events both in London and Monaco.
Here are some of the projects and events we’re excited about over the next 12 months:
6 Charles Street
Our development at 6 Charles Street launched last month, and we’re excited to see the first owners move in this summer, following a record-breaking off-market sale last year.

With exquisite interiors by acclaimed studio 1508 London and architectural design by MSMR Architects, 6 Charles Street is located a few minutes’ walk from Berkeley Square and some of London’s finest restaurants, shops and cultural attractions.
Agents Beauchamp Estates and Clifton Property Partners are now bringing the remaining residences to market, with prices starting at £2,450,000.
One Palace Green
Located on London’s most exclusive street, One Palace Green is also launching to market this summer. The Grade II*-listed mansion comprises five apartments and a separate coach house, and was originally the London residence of George Howard, the 9th Earl of Carlisle.

Set to join the ranks of globally recognised residential addresses, One Palace Green features interiors by Martin Kemp Design, inspired by the building’s first designers, Arts & Crafts luminaries Philip Webb and William Morris.
With beautiful original features preserved and restored, the residences incorporate warm oak flooring and natural stone finishes alongside British joinery and hardware. Bespoke artworks include a striking tapestry by Zardi and Zardi, specially commissioned for the lobby.
Èze Villas
2025 will also see the completion of our exceptional villa development in Provence. The REDD team has refurbished, extended and reconfigured three villas and the surrounding landscape near the beautiful hilltop village of Èze on the Cote D’Azur. The development comprises 26,000ft² and is set within approximately two hectares of land.
The first villa is due to complete in July, with the remaining two due for completion in the autumn.

New Projects
The coming year will see further progress at 41 Upper Grosvenor Street, a mixed-use property with enormous potential, located in the heart of Mayfair. REDD is working with multi-family investment office North Wind Capital to restore this ‘forgotten gem’ to its former glory.

We’ll also be sharing a number of other new projects, both in central London and elsewhere in the UK, over the coming months. Keep an eye on our website and social media platforms for more details.
Industry Events
REDD’s programme of popular roundtable discussions continues in 2025, as we gather friends and collaborators from the prime property industry to share insights, challenges and advice.

Elsewhere, there are many exciting events coming up in 2025, beginning with London Design Week at the Design Centre Chelsea Harbour in March. We’re also looking forward to WOW! House in the summer, again at DCCH, a remarkable showhouse that provides inspiration for new and ongoing projects.
Autumn sees designers, collectors and dealers descending on Berkeley Square for the PAD art fair, while Frieze London brings international art and sculpture to Regent’s Park.
The REDD team in Monaco will also be busy meeting with industry collaborators at events such as Rallye Monte-Carlo later this month, the Monaco Grand Prix in March, and the Monaco Yacht Show in September.
