REDD completes first off market sale at 6 Charles street and appoints Beauchamp Estates and Clifton Property Partners

We are pleased to announce the off-market sale of the first floor lateral apartment at 6 Charles Street, Mayfair, our latest development. The first property to sell within the statement new apartment building has been sold ahead of the official launch as a ‘grey box’ shell  for £9 million (£5,000 psf) to a private North American family.  The team will now oversee the completion of this apartment to a turnkey finish directly for the buyer. Sotheby’s International Realty acted for us on the transaction and Henry Smith & Co acted for the buyer.

Bringing the remaining 11 apartments to market, from one to three bedrooms, with interiors by 1508 London and architectural design by MSMR Architects, will be appointed agents Beauchamps Estates and Clifton Property Partners. The development will once again deliver our honed modern Mayfair design.

Audley Construction is delivering the scheme which is across both the imposingly grand 6 Charles Street and the adjoining mews property in Hays Mews. It is due for completion in Summer 2025.

The architectural design by MSMR will see the adjoining mews property in Hays Mews be integrated into the development.
