REDD sourced and acquired 51 Mount Street on behalf of an Investor in Q2 2021. After securing planning and listed building consent from Westminster City Council, REDD stewarded the entire development project, from minor alterations to the existing layout, to installing air conditioning and re-fitting the apartment to a high specification working with an interior designer. The REDD team is now overseeing the re-sale of this now fully turn-key property, from agency appointment to completion.
