Significant private client commission for 12,000 sq ft Notting Hill redevelopment secured

REDD is pleased to announce it has secured a significant new private client commission for the redevelopment of a substantial villa in Notting Hill.

The project involves the complete reconfiguration and transformation of an existing property into a best-in-class 12,000 sq ft family mansion, designed to deliver exceptional living standards while respecting the heritage character of the surrounding area. The scheme will incorporate extensive family accommodation, leisure amenities, landscaped garden space and integrated parking, with a projected build programme of approximately two years.

REDD will lead the project through planning and delivery, working alongside a highly regarded consultant team including ADAM architecture and Taylor Howes. Together, the team will focus on optimising the property’s layout, heritage value and design quality to maximise both liveability and long-term value.

This latest instruction marks an important milestone for REDD, representing a further step in the growth of its private client portfolio, led by Charlotte Royden, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner for complex, high-value residential projects in prime central London.

Charlotte said, “We have a rare opportunity to carefully reshape an already significant property into a home that truly reflects how the family wants to live, both now and in the future. At REDD it's about more than scale or specification, instead it is about getting the fundamentals right, alongside a real sense of longevity. Working with ADAM architecture and Taylor Howes Designs, we’re focused on creating something that feels quietly exceptional, rooted in its setting but entirely tailored to the client."

The project is currently at pre-application stage, with design development underway.
