Planning and design

  • Tender, negotiate and appoint the right consultant team for the client and the project
  • Lead the feasibility and strategy process, including site and layout optimisation
  • Develop and agree the brief, budget and programme, however many iterations are necessary
  • Gain the necessary statutory consents and freeholder consents where needed
  • Manage freehold enfranchisement claims and leasehold extensions (where applicable)
  • Provide clear leadership for the entire realisation team at all times to maintain focus on the client’s  aims and ambitions

Project management – Construction and handover

  • Manage and administer the design team and all the design stages
  • Set the procurement route
  • Tender the building contract appropriately; negotiate the final contract terms, price & programme
  • Monitor the contractor

  • Oversee snagging and agree Practical Completion
  • Manage a seamless and stress-free client move-in

Property Management

  • Organise and oversee all regular maintenance
  • Organise and oversee reactive maintenance
  • Advise on cost projections and subscription management
