REDD led the strategic site assembly and freehold acquisition on behalf of a private investor. The refurbishment and reconfiguration of 11 apartments split across the existing building and adjacent Hays Mews house includes a new mansard roof extension. Planning was secured in summer 2022 and the development is scheduled for completion in summer 2025, offering luxury apartments for sale in Mayfair.
