Please note this role is 3–4 days a week.
You are responsible for managing the REDD London finance function and will contribute to the strategic and day to day running of the company. You will also manage the accounting and monthly reporting for the property management business and development projects.
Where required, you will also administer the individual development company finances and tax affairs. You will also assist with the running of the office, IT systems and HR from an operational perspective.
This is an end-to-end position that would suit a proactive individual who can contribute to high-level strategic planning while also ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's administrative and financial functions.
Line Manager: CEO
General

REDD Corporate Accounting
• Ownership of the REDD London business excel model and preparation of high quality, reliable and timely management information and Board reports
• Forecast and management of cash flow to ensure liquidity
• Prepare annual budget and including three-year business plan
• Prepare quarterly reports, including results, budget and forecasts
• Issue weekly invoice and Cash flow forecasting
• Delivery of robust financial controls, ensuring that all relevant statutory, regulatory and investor requirements are met
• Preparation and filing of annual statutory accounts, quarterly VAT returns, payroll and pension scheme submissions
• Working with the external tax advisors to ensure compliance with all Corporation Tax requirements
• Responsible for all Companies House filings and Co Sec requirements
• Ownership of Xero – supporting the rest of the team with queries
• Management of accounts receivable and payable processes
• Maintaining the banking set up and relationships for REDD London
• Manage and process weekly payment run
• Responsible for all KYC and AML matters
Project & Property Administration
• Supporting the Development team with accounting matters relating to the acquisition of new projects
• Liaise with banks, funders and investor as required
• Responsible for overseeing and maintaining each Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) model for all projects
• Responsible for receiving and logging supplier invoices to the correct project
• Responsible for accurately calculating REDD’s fee for each project
• Work closely with the Property team to deliver the accounting and monthly reporting across the portfolio
• Where it forms part of REDD’s scope, be responsible for the development entity accounting, including accounts, tax (ATED, CIS, Corporate), Co-Sec and payments
Office Management
• Management of IT systems and external consultants
• Management of internal HR matters and external consultants
• Responsible for office supplies, including stationary, printing and kitchen items
• Arrange and implementation of business insurances, including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers and Contents
